- 24sportsweb.com holds all wagers in U.S. dollars
- All clients must be at least 21 years of age
- 24sportsweb.com offers its sports betting services to all sports enthusiast but remarks that it is up to the players to verify if wagering is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.
- Regarding cancelled games, protest games, and overturned decisions, 24sportsweb.com follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes.
- Before clients are allowed to bet online with 24sportsweb.com an online application must be submitted and a member ID will be assigned. Players must use their confidential member ID and password to log in into their betting accounts.
- Players are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
- Management reserves the right to limit any wager.
- If the player wishes to inquire about alternatives method of deposit, he can send an e-mail to our customer service staff at info@24sportsweb.com
- 24sportsweb.comrules are based on those found at Las Vegas Sports.
- Players have the responsibility to daily check their balances in order to make sure there are no discrepancies. Once the player verifies and accepts the account balance, the player agrees that all previous transactions are correct and the player does not have any claims.
- Any type of claims must be submitted to the management via Customer Service or Betting department within a 48 hours period from the day it happened.
- Minimum to place a bet on the telephone is $10.
- Once wagers have been placed and confirmed these are final. No changes will be allowed.
- 24sportsweb.com players’ conversations are recorded.
- A read-back is provided to clients every time a wager is placed. It is the customer's responsibility to listen carefully to the final read-back and once the read-back is confirmed by the customer all wagers are final.
- Sporting events must be played at the formerly scheduled time unless there have changes previously notified. In the case an event is postponed and then later rescheduled, it will be deemed a "No Action" wager and all money will be credited consequently.
**This rule is not valid in the case of sports like Tennis, Golf, and Motorsports (F1, Nascar, Moto GP, Indy) as there are other specifics which influence the outcome.
- In the case of an error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a "No Action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly to the players’ accounts.
- All Internet transactions are logged and backed-up on a daily basis. In the case of a dispute, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and that all wagers will be adjusted accordingly.
- Claims must be lodged within 3 days from the date the wager was made.
- The player is allowed to wager a minimum of five dollars ($5) online.
- Winners and Losers are Official
- NFL : after 55 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
- NBA : after 43 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
- College Basketball: after 35 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
- NHL: after 55 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
- MLB : games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4½ innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. The score at the time the game is called will determine the winner. When wagering on total runs, the game must go the regulation 9 innings (or 8½ innings if the home team is leading), otherwise it will constitute a "No Action" wager, and all money will be credited accordingly. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after delivering the first pitch for his team.
- In the event of a pitching change prior to a game and the pitchers are not exactly as named, it will constitute a "No Action" wager and all money will be credited accordingly.
