Neteller

You can use your Neteller account to make your deposits as well as to ask for your payouts. The request for your payouts into your Neteller account must be done online through www.neteller.com or by calling toll free at 800-973-6145 .

Cash out Policy

• All payout requests can be received 7 days a week, but can be only processed from Monday to Friday. If there is a request during the weekends, tracking numbers will be set until Monday after 6 p.m.
• 24SportsWeb holds the right to perform an "Audit of Play" before approving withdrawals.
• Every client must cover all payout fees.
• When making a reload deposit or a referral of a friend clients will receive bonuses. Clients withdrawing funds from their accounts that do not meet the roll over requirements will lose the bonuses and fees previously credited to the betting account. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Clients can request a withdrawal of funds from their betting accounts at any time, but the Accounting Dept. will review the account for final payout approval.
• At any time clients (active and non-active) can close their betting accounts.
• The clients, who receive bonuses and fees from 24SportsWeb, must complete _according to the amount of the deposit made to the account_ the roll over requirements. Note that in some cases the roll over can be 3 times or 5 times.
• Clients may request their winnings via Moneybookers, Neteller, W/U, Cashier’s Check and Bank transfers. Via Neteller the maximum amount when requesting money is $2,500 per transaction.

• Every payout request will be only sent to the account holder. When necessary, the Accounting Dept. will review any changes requested by the account holder.
• The cashier's checks will be sent by FedEx to the account holder and the cost is $65 per request.
• A money transfer to another sportsbook will be processed within 24 hours and clients need to pay a fee of $45.
• Before clients can cash out the funds, internal transfers have a 5x roll over requirement.
